Intua gives you an in-app path to permanently remove the personal data stored under your account.
Updated September 14, 2026Delete your Intua data
- Open Intua and sign in.
- Select your profile initial in the upper-right corner.
- Find Your data.
- Select Delete Intua data and confirm the permanent deletion.
What is deleted
Your Intua profile, birth details, saved readings, text and voice transcripts saved in your Journey, reflections, and check-ins are removed from Intua's account database and the current device cache.
What is not deleted
This action does not delete the external account used to sign in, such as your Google account. Information already processed by a service provider may remain for a limited period under that provider's security, legal, or abuse-prevention obligations.

If you cannot access your account, submit a privacy support request using the email associated with it. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
